Terms of use
Last updated 13 August 2026. These terms apply to identity-flowcore.digital and to programmes offered by Identity Flowcore from Bangkok, Thailand.
Acceptance
By browsing this site, submitting a form, or accepting an invoice for a lab, clinic, seminar, recorded programme, or retainership, you agree to these terms. If you enrol on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request a seat.
We may update these terms. The date above will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised text. Material changes to paid programmes already invoiced will be communicated to the billing contact.
The studio and the site
Identity Flowcore is a teaching studio. This website describes programmes, publishes journal notes, and collects enquiries. Prices shown are informational. We do not operate checkout, wallets, or card capture on this domain. A contract for a seat is formed only when we send an invoice and you pay it, or when we confirm a complimentary seat in writing.
Enrolment conduct
You must provide accurate contact details. You may not share live-session links, cohort recordings, or studio event extracts with anyone outside the enrolled seat. You may not upload confidential employer data unless your employer has cleared that slice. We may remove a participant who disrupts critique, harasses others, or attempts to scrape other students’ materials.
Intellectual property
Site copy, syllabus structures, annotated notebooks we provide, and the Identity Flowcore name are owned by the studio or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use course materials for your own professional learning and for internal work at your employer. You may not resell, republish, or teach from our extracts as if they were your product.
Work you create during a lab — your operating note, your identity ledger, your SQL — remains yours. We may quote anonymised excerpts in teaching examples only with your permission or after stripping identifying product detail.
Journal articles may be linked with attribution. They may not be copied in full onto another commercial site without written consent.
No professional advice
Programmes teach analytical craft. They are not legal, credit, accounting, or investment advice. Scores and methods discussed in class are educational. Any production use at your company is your responsibility, including privacy, consumer, and financial-services rules that apply to you.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Identity Flowcore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost data, or reputational harm arising from use of the site or from applying course methods at work. Our aggregate liability for a paid programme is limited to the fees you paid us for that programme in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.
Site availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Forms post to a mock endpoint for demonstration of client-side handling; for a binding enrolment you must receive our invoice email.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Before filing, please write to info@identity-flowcore.digital so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
