After we accept a seat, the studio sends a Thai-baht invoice to your company or to you personally. Bank transfer is the usual path. We do not run cards or wallets on identity-flowcore.digital.
Employer-funded seats are common. Please say so in the contact form so we can address the invoice correctly and note any PO number you need on the PDF.
Travel, warehouse tooling, licensed BI seats, and production feature stores sit outside these fees. The Cohort Signal Lab is explicit about that limitation in its FAQ.
Refunds follow the refund policy. If you are unsure which tier fits, write first — we would rather decline a mismatch than take a confused enrolment.
