Bangkok · live labs

Mobile forecasts that survive a sceptical product meeting.

Identity Flowcore trains analysts and PMs to read cohort identity, catch leakage early, and publish probability work that ops teams will actually use.

of alumni still run the scoring notebook they built here six months later — not a dashboard screenshot, the same file.

What people actually say after week four

“Week three’s leakage audit caught a timestamp join I had been shipping in production. Embarrassing, and also the reason I stayed for the calibration week.”

Marta Voss, product analytics lead

★★★★☆

Useful on event taxonomy; I still wanted more time on plots once SQL started. The lab moves quickly.

What we teach

Three habits that keep predictive mobile analytics honest

Name the identity

Anonymous, logged-in, and device IDs are not interchangeable. We practise mapping those states before any model is allowed near a KPI.

Audit the clock

Most “predictive” scores leak future information. The studio treats time-travel bugs as a craft issue, not a footnote in a notebook.

Publish a decision

A probability without an owner, a threshold, and a review date is decoration. Every lab ends with a one-page operating note.

Method

Event taxonomies before models

If the event dictionary is a mess, a fancy classifier only learns the mess faster. A working order we use in the lab.

Write to the studio with the app category and what “churn” currently means in your weekly report. We will tell you honestly whether a lab, a clinic, or a reading list is the better next step.
