Privacy notice

Last updated 13 August 2026. This notice explains how Identity Flowcore handles personal data when you use our site or enrol in a programme.

Data controller

Identity Flowcore is the data controller. Our studio address is Street: 403-7 Charoenmuang Wang Mai Pathum Wan; City: Bangkok; State/province/area: Bangkok; Zip code: 10330; Country: Thailand. You can reach us at info@identity-flowcore.digital or 22140072. We process personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand and, where relevant, other applicable privacy laws.

What we collect

Enquiry forms: name, email, optional topic, and message. Enrolment and invoicing: billing name, company, tax identifiers you provide, and payment references from your bank transfer. Programme delivery: attendance, submitted notebooks, and critique comments. Site logs: technical metadata such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, kept only as needed for security and diagnostics. Cookie data is described separately in our cookies policy.

We do not ask for national ID numbers on the public site. Do not send employer event dumps containing end-user personal data through the contact form.

Why we process it

To reply to enquiries, to form and perform a training contract, to issue invoices and keep accounting records required in Thailand, to run live sessions and alumni notes you opt into, and to keep the site secure. Legal bases include contractual necessity, our legitimate interests in operating a teaching studio, consent where we rely on optional analytics cookies, and legal obligation for tax records.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept up to 18 months unless you ask us to delete sooner. Enrolment and invoice records are kept for at least five years to meet Thai accounting expectations, and longer if a dispute is open. Cohort recordings are available to that cohort for twelve months, then deleted from student access; we may keep an internal faculty copy for quality review for up to twenty-four months. Server logs rotate within 90 days unless needed to investigate abuse.

Your rights

Subject to PDPA conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, and you may withdraw consent for optional analytics. You may ask for a copy of data you provided in a commonly used electronic format. Send requests to info@identity-flowcore.digital. We may need to verify your identity. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand if you believe we have mishandled your data.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Thailand. Some processors — for example email delivery, video conferencing for remote seats, or font and image content delivery — may store or access data outside Thailand, including in Singapore, the European Union, or the United States. Where we transfer personal data abroad we use contractual clauses and processor terms appropriate to the destination, and we limit access to what the service requires. Journal images and fonts loaded from public third-party networks are requested by your browser directly; see cookies and third-party services below.

Processors and sharing

We share data with accountants, banks (for transfers you initiate), video tools used in a live lab, and hosting providers that keep this site online. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by Thai law or to protect the studio or other students from serious harm.

Children

Programmes are designed for working professionals. We do not knowingly enrol anyone under 18.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change. The date at the top will move. Significant changes affecting enrolled students will also go to the billing email on file.
